Role : CAD Designer

Experience : 3-4 Years

Qulification : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Roles & Responsiblities :

    • Lead and manage CAD design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to gather project requirements and translate them into detailed CAD designs.
    • Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and drawings according to project specifications.

Skills :

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, procurement, and logistics, to gather production requirements, prioritise orders, and resolve production bottlenecks.
    • Analyze production capacity, resource availability, and lead times to determine production feasibility and identify areas for improvement or optimisation.
    • Utilize production planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MRP software) to create and maintain production schedules, capacity plans, and material requirements.
    • Monitor production progress against established schedules, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and production efficiency.
    • Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and supplies to support production schedules.
